Child Abuse Prevention Month...Day 6. We Believe.

Remember the Child Abuse Prevention Month post from Day #2? It concerned the stories we adopt and believe. Where do we get those stories? Some of the stories we get come from our childhood.

It's easy to pass on unhelpful stories, because parents tend to react to their kids' behavior rather than respond. A bit of mindfulness can turn that around and create a powerful legacy not only for our kids, but also for their kids, and their kids' kids!
